v1.11 - quick patch

A quick patch to Minesweeper, but with Powerups after the large update yesterday.

• Changed the function of Combo Token to be extra simple
• Allowed the player to view names and descriptions of powerups when they can't afford them
• Right click now changes Width/Height/Ratio by large amounts (instead of Shift, which didn't work on web)
• Fixed a bug where Combo Token's effect wasn't applying to lost games
  
• Fixed a bug where Edge Sweep was revealing its initial tile clicked (unintended)
